Reprogramming 2013 Kia soul key fob. Close all the doors and insert the key into the ignition. Turn the key off then on repeatedly until the door locks cycle. End with the key turned on. Press the lock or unlock button on the key fob. If the doors lock (or unlock), the key fob is programmed. Turn the ignition to off.
